There's very little.
SNP v ICO in the FTT EA/2005/0021 (not a court of record) (political parties and marketing).
The Robertson case discussed it, but didn't define (Robertson, R (on the application of) v City Of Wakefield Metropolitan Council [2001] EWHC Admin 915).
One tends to fall back on the (rather vague) definition in DPA18 (similar to that in DPA98), plus the ICO guidance.
