Morning all,
I am looking to find an up to date definition of "data protection legislation" that takes into account the fact that we have an EU Withdrawal Act and we know what is going to happen Brexit-wise. The definition would then be incorporated in to our standard contractual clauses.
Does any one have something that they are willing to share?, or can point me in the right direction.
Many thanks
John
