Hi All,
Following on from the mass Companies House ICO mailout, I have been asked for some (non day job) advice involving a scenario I do not have a lot of previous in - I wondered if I could get a sense check please?
Individual owns some properties that are managed through a Property Management Company (separately registered). Individual receives some limited information on identity of property tenants; the majority of decisions regarding data are made by the Management Company.
Working through the ICO self assessment it would appear that the individual property owner would also be required to register?
Would others agree?
Thanks in advance
Becky
