I would say the whole point of Article 13 is to provide information to data subjects about the specific processing involved (see eg recital 60: "The controller should provide the data subject with any further information necessary to ensure fair and transparent processing taking into account the *specific circumstances and context* in which the personal data are processed").
And Article 13 more or less spells out what a privacy notice should contain, doesn't it?
