Hello everyone
I'm looking at ways to cope with unexpected and unmanageable spikes in workload: that month where you get 30% more FOIs than usual, three complex DP SARs and a complaint via the ICO plus a couple of other major deadlines, and who knows - if you're really lucky - a spot of sickness absence as well.
Does anyone have experience of buying in external support to pick up DP SARs? If so, do you have someone on a retainer or have you got someone in just to cover individual SARs? How successful has that been? What are the pitfalls? I'd also be grateful for recommendations of companies/individuals who offer this sort of service.
Many thanks
Sara
