Subject: [data-protection] Judicial Remedy
Under GDPR Art 79 and s167 DPA 2018 there is a right to apply for a judicial remedy, bypassing ICO.
In several places ICO says that if we refuse a right - e.g. refusing to rectify data when we think it is inaccurate we MUST tell them about this right, in addition to telling them they can complain to ICO.
Is this right? Couldn't see anything in GDPR or DPA to that effect.
