Dear Members
We are currently reviewing our learner privacy statement for 19/20 and colleagues have asked rather than letting students opt in to take part in surveys that they should automatically be put forward citing Public Task as quality surveys are a requirement of our work as an FE College.
ESFA ILR fields for surveys are covered in contact preferences and students should have to opt in for contact including marketing and surveys so you can’t complete this section systematically.
As my colleagues are citing these aren’t marketing surveys but internal and focussing on quality it’s not the same.
Has anyone had experience of this in their College they could share please?
I am yet to check to see if this is the same for our HE learners.
Many thanks
Wendy
