You engage a freelance specialist to produce some in-house videos for you. This will include staff. They may well end up on your YouTube channel. You get and document consents as appropriate. I assume you will agree the IP rights issues.
In practice do you (have you in the past?) also have a fully compliant data processing contract, regarding the freelancer as no more than a processor for the personal data he captures on your behalf or do you accept that as a professional the specialist is also a controller?
Does it depend on how much editorial control you reserve?
