In addition to the other answers do not lose sight of the fact that it is not YOUR response to the SAR but your employer's.
In general also you probably don't have a 'separate' duty of confidentiality* to the subject which is not the same as your responsibility as an employee to keep client information confidential (where confidentiality exists) and should not be confused with the responsibility to minimise processing of personal data, even internally.
