We are planning to introduce a default email retention period (i.e. the email would delete after X amount of time unless someone had proactively set a rule / tag etc. to archive it or keep it).
Quick survey:
1. Does your organisation have a default email retention period?
2. What is the default length of time?
3. What is your basic rationale for this?
4. Is there anything else which would be helpful to tell me about this?
Many thanks
