An email is sent out by Organisation X to a circulation list set up for the purpose of sharing and commenting on various topics, so their recipients' email addresses are visible to all recipients (they have consented to this).
Person A on the list emails another. Person B, who has commented on an issue part way through a discussion, and says they don't want to receive emails from Person B.
What are Person B's responsibilities here - must they remove Person A from the circulation list for any emails they comment on or is it reasonable for them to simply reply all because everyone on the list has consented to be on that open list?
Thanks
Lindsay
