Would welcome some input please.
I am being involved fairly late in a proposal to have all future post sent to a (newly created) central Council data centre (PO Box) whereby it will be opened and scanned and forwarded to the relevant people/services electronically - likely as an attachment to email I suspect because I am not aware that we have any other planned process.
Anyone got any experience of this? and how it was/might be implemented successfully? I can see it working for what might be considered normal/routine everyday mail - But I have huge concerns regarding a whole array of confidential/personal/sensitive information being sent for the eyes of a specific individual/team only.
Any advice/guidance?
