Hello All,
Would anyone have an email policy which I could look at as I am looking to create my own. In particular I am interested to see what policies state around tone and etiquette of emails. Particularly when considered we may have to release emails under a DSAR.
Furthermore has anyone implemented a cross organisation retention policy on email inboxes. If so what is your experience with this and did you encounter much resistance from employees?
