Dear Colleagues,
We are trying to find out what other HEIs are doing in response to the GDPR and email. We have been advised by outsourcers that our Onsite outlook/exchange email should be encrypted. Have other institutions gone down this route and if so what solution was used?
Also, how are offsite workers (with various devices) data protected (bitlocker encryption for example? )
And is remote desktop access facilitated and if so how?
Any information regarding these issues would be much appreciated.
