Hello
I work at a housing trust and I've received a request from Social Care as follows. Social Care are in the process of implementing a package of care for an individual. The individual's daughter is being obstructive. Both people live at the property, and Social Care want to know who is actually on the tenancy - the individual in question, his daughter, or both. This information may enable Social Care to make changes to the individual's care without the case needing to go to the court of protection. I don't see any harm in releasing the information, does anyone has a different view?
Thank you.
Mel
