Hi,
I would suggest subscribing to medic alert and purchasing one of their
bracelets https://www.medicalert.org.uk/ they are one of the standard
solutions to this problem, and thus the ambulance crew would be looking
for one of their tags round the wrist or ankle. This protect the student
throughout the UK, not just on campus.
