Did you manage to sort this?
Don't forget SPSS has an installation option for screenreaders - I can't
remember what they call it but it comes up when you first install SPSS.
They introduced this a while back as a result of being thoroughly fed up
of people like us hassling them to make it more accessible - probably!
It's supposed to expose the various screen elements of the package to
screenreaders.
It might mean you have to make a fresh installation if the accessibility
options weren't enabled originally.
Also, it appears you might have move the jaws script that comes with
SPSS into the Jaws scripts folder - if this info below is still accurate:
https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/248184/how-to-troubleshoot-jaws-with-spss-satisticshow-ca.html
I am sure this SPSS and Jaws issue has been an on-going issue since the
last century!
Good luck

As a researcher in the Knowledge Media institute at The Open University and later as Adviser for students with visual disabilities, I had a great deal to do with advising Course Teams and Students on this matter and sighted assistance was always the answer. Without direct contact and input from Freedom Scientific on this matter, the situation is unlikely to change.
