I'm looking at fair processing & consent under GDPR. Specifically around information about others provided by a data subject on an application form. In particular where information is provided about:
The beneficiary of a policy (such as life insurance)
A 3rd party who might make payments into the subject's account (needed for anti money laundering regs)
I'm pretty clear about conditions for processing, and obligations for providing fair processing info, but wonder if anyone has links to guidance/cases in this area? Opinions also very welcome.
Many thanks.
Matt
