Dear all,
I am a little unclear (it happens often!)
Say we are contracted to provide a service to a company. As part of providing a service the company provides a small amount of data on the individual. We collect additional data from the individuals as part of the provision of the service.
Would the company be entitled to ask for the data of the individual in its entirety or just the data from the initial engagement?
Who is DC for which element of the data?
Your thoughts are appreciated,
Jon
