Dear All,
I was hoping for a little bit of advice regarding disclosing information to third party, that was once available publically.
Accordingly to the statutory guidance (in Wales :-)) the Safeguarding Boards need to make the practice review reports publicly available. I also found on the NSPCC website that this information needs to be published for at least 12 weeks.
Is there a provision in the DPA (or FOIA) that would allow the local authority not to release the report to the third party after a certain period of time?
I would appreciate your help with the above.
Best wishes,
Patrycja Duszynska
