Hi all
My apologies I seem to be asking a lot of questions just lately but if anyone can assist then I would be very grateful.
Obviously with the DPA we have the first principle and the Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 requirements depending on whether or not sensitive personal data is involved.
Under the GDPR can anyone tell me whether something similar will be required? In other words, if processing personal data one of the legitimising conditions from Article 6 is required but if special categories then also a condition from Article 9 is required? I can't find anything that specifically says that and when I phoned the DP Helpline yesterday they were decidedly woolly!
Thanks very much.
Kind Regards
Kate
