The White and Case solicitors summary is pretty good.

Subject: [data-protection] GDPR cross referencing
Is anyone aware of a cross reference guide between the Articles and the Recitals?
I know the ICO GDPR Overview guidance does this to a fashion, but I am thinking that whilst reading any particular Article in the Regulation itself it would be very helpful if there was some guide that pointed you towards the relevant Recital/s for further information?
If there is not anything? I might try to produce one and would be happy to share it in due course, but I don't want to unnecessarily re-invent the wheel.
Regards
