My feedback
Why not make the existing DPA his career mail the forum to discuss GDPR as well as any DP issues - after all DPA will be / has been superseded by GDPR rather than create another list- that would be my preference.
Sent on the move ....

I'm trying to work out whether what will work best is
a) carry on general GDPR discussions on this list?
b) set up a separate GDPR general list?
c) set up a GDPR for HE/FE list?
My inclination tends to be to only create new, focussed, lists when discussion on a general list has reached sufficient volume that it becomes annoying to the members who *aren't* interested. But if others think GDPR is likely to be one of those topics then I'm happy to have a chat to Jiscmail about setting up either (b) or (c) either now or later. Any votes in favour of either of those?
Cheers
Andrew
