Agree with Ben. Absolutely no basis for refusal in this case.
One of (if not the most) fundamental purposes of SAR is of individual to check accuracy of data about them and take appropriate steps. Where actions have been taken on the basis of false inf absolute no brainer.
As ever there may be s7(4) issues but I would expect P6 rights to prevail in most scenarios. At best redact info which may identify miscreant.
The opposite conclusion is absurd. It would mean if my doc had me recorded as weighing 35 stone he would not have to disclose it as it is not about the real me
