Dear Mary,
Good question, there is currently no one site, or no accreditation scheme (one is in progress). Most assessors will use the NNAC wikki as that is organised by HEI, so you know that the organisations listed there will have capacity to work in that specific location, and will already have some kind of relationship with the organisation:

A similar resource is also provided by CLAAS:
http://www.class.org.uk/dataservices/
There is a fairly recently established Association of NMH providers: http://www.nmhproviders.co.uk
For one to one tutors:
PATOSS is an organisation that will hold lists of suitably qualified individuals
https://www.patoss-dyslexia.org/
similarly local branches of dyslexia Action often hold details of local practitioners:

The British Dyslexia Association has an email address you can email to ask for contact details of tutors in a post code area

Subject: Locating NMH suppliers
Hi Everyone
Could you tell me where Needs Assessors turn to, to find Non-Medical-Helper suppliers when completing reports?
Is it something linked to the HEI, by region or post code?
With the end of single quote arrangement for some HEI rapidly approaching I’m keen to know where NMH freelance tutors or groups of tutors should appear / be registered / be listed to make sure they are considered.
If there is a central web-site, how do you register etc?
I’m wondering if it is something individual tutors can do or if it can be an entry for an informal group in one area could complete indicating rates / skills etc?
Thanks for any steer in the right direction.
