Hi,
When we have already delayed the request or not actioned it properly when received (ie it has sat on someone's desk for two weeks)
When requesting it will antagonise a data subject even more than we have already done so.
When we are aware they are vulnerable or of limited means/income.
When we know we do not hold any/or very little information of the requested information.
Regards
Steve

Can anyone advise on which (if any) occasions they waive the standard £10 fee for subject access requests?
Thanks.
