Given the decisions that names and email addresses are personal data this is possible.
One can always add to a SAR response if you want to be ultra-compliant (or pedantic) - "we also hold hundreds of other emails which contain your personal data - the only personal data they contain is your name and email address." I guess the other s7 requireemmnts are obvious and do not really need stating
