We use YellowSchedule for our ATT booking system, and I can't recommend it enough.
Set the appointment, include the clients contact details, and the system automatically reminds the client of appointments by text and email, based upon a frequency you choose.
Includes a 24/7 online booking component for clients to make their own bookings when they want.
Reduced our DNA rate from 50% in 2012 to around 5% now.
Multiple users, viewable all at once from an administrator account, with automatically colour coded appointments - green/confirmed, red/cancelled, black/DNA
We also use the system for workers to contact (text) clients, which means you can always view an audit trail of text messages and appointments booked/cancelled/dna'ed.

Subject: appointment booking system
Dear All,
I am posting on behalf of my colleague. Please could I ask any responses go directly to her, if not to the list itself.
Many thanks,
Lesley
Dr. Lesley Black, Head of Wellbeing
Dear colleagues,
I am hoping you can help. We are currently looking to review our manual appointment booking system for NMH support. Ideally we would like to move over to an online booking system and would very much appreciate some advice re the effectiveness of currently available programmes. Something we are particularly keen to learn about is potential capacity to monitor student DSA budgets and non-attendance. Any recommendations (or otherwise) would be gratefully received!
If anyone else is similarly positioned and would like me to collate responses, I am more than happy to do so.
Many thanks in advance,
Rebecca
