Yes, of course it is covered by DP and if it meets the definition requirements for personal data (a lengthy topic!) it is within the scope of a subject access request.

You can also request your personal information held by other organisations such as:
•HM Prison Service
•HM Court Service
•The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)
Of course it may be exempt (unless and until published) , but unlike FOI there is no specific exemption for Court Records. Depending on the context, the Court, and timing of the request various exemptions might apply s29, s31 bits of schedule 7, and of course s7(4) will always have to be considered - under which one of the 'circumsatnces' to consider would be whetehr it is a record of something said in open (public) court..
