It's more complicated than that, because the reason for the recent
"Revenge Porn" law in the UK is the distress caused, which Parliament
considers is orthogonal to a claim for libel.
In other words, the plaintiff's complaint is not a false claim that they
indulged in certain activities, but that pictures of those activities
have been published without their consent.
