Dear Anna,
I've recommended typing tutor programs such as Kaz etc, through DSA with
no problem, but not an actual taught course. I would think the success
or otherwise of such a recommendation would be likely to rest on the
student's disability and hence reason for requiring typing tuition. For
example if they need to use a one-handed keyboard then a person to help
with typing might be viewed as more important?
