Hi Kathy,
We have a student who has done a lot of meditation and this seems to have worked for him.

Subject: Tourettes
Hoping for some tips which I can pass on to a student who has Tourettes. The tics (verbal and physical) have caused some difficulties for lecturers and peers. The concerns are centred around the disruption. There are also concerns about the ability for the tics to be managed in the professional environment of clinical practice.
The student is very willing to give anything a go and is working with us to develop a range of strategies.
