Dear everyone
We are currently investigating whether we can increase efficiency by processing subject access requests electronically rather than on paper. Does anyone have experience or recommendations for off the shelf software that can help with this processing? We already use Adobe Acrobat Professional which is good for redacting pdf documents, but we are wondering if there are other options, perhaps with additional functionality allowing automatic detection of duplicates, or ability to cope with different file formats.
Thank you for any suggestions you can give.
All the best
Sara
