Just wondered if anyone has developed a competency framework for Senior Management/Executive Teams? We are planning to use a competency framework, linked to the annual review process, but the framework we have is not really suitable to SMT. Any help/guidance from colleagues would be much appreciated.
We utilise the services of Finding Potential (Greatwithtalent) and it is their CF we plan to use as it is the same one we already use for 180/360 appraisals.
