Is six years the maximum? I thought a student could drop to 25% or is that only for one year?
What about OU students, do they have to complete within 6 years?

I would suggest that the University does have a duty to at least make reasonable adjustments for her. Just because she has run out of time on DSA funding doesn’t mean that there is no longer a duty to make reasonable adjustments.

Subject: Eligibility and support advice
Dear all,
I am a student on an undergraduate degree. I have just received a letter saying that my qualification is no longer eligible for continued DSA funding because I will not be able to complete it within 6 years. I can't up my credits studied, I tried that last year and became unwell.
Does the university have any duty to fund support and equipment for me?
Please feel free to reply to me direct,
Hannah
