They haven't refused, they've just asked the question which I've never
been asked before - I don't know how I feel about having to ask students
about benefits they're receiving (although I do often ask if they're
getting all the benefits they're entitled to just in case they need
referring on to someone for advice) - I'll have to ponder this.
