Subject: [SDF] Use of Shadowing & Secondments - a short survey

The University of Edinburgh is currently reviewing its approach to secondments and shadowing and in doing so would like to benchmark what we do against other Higher Education Institutions.
I would very much appreciate if you could take 5-10 minutes to complete the following survey: https://www.survey.ed.ac.uk/shadowing/ by Tuesday 25th March.
Only the first question is mandatory, so responses that say you don't do anything formal in relation to either secondments or shadowing would be really useful to have. If you don't do anything but would like to, it would be useful to see what the blocks are to using these learning and development interventions - so answer questions 1 and 2 then skip to question 10.
Unless you leave your contact details at the end of the questionnaire your answers will be anonymous. If you are happy to share what you do (or don't do) with others, and would like a copy of the results, please leave your details at the end of the questionnaire.
