I would seriously question this...the daughter is not the individual being investigated. Have they provided documentation and do you in fact know that it is definitely the Police?
Regards,
Doreen

Subject: DP Requests from Overseas Police
Hello Everyone,
Swansea University has received a formal written request from the police in India who are investigating sources of income of an individual. The daughter of the person being investigated attended Swansea University and the police want to know details of the admission dates, classes taken, and total fees paid for the duration of the daughter’s attendance at the University. First of all, has anyone previously dealt with a request from overseas police before and secondly has anyone received a request from a country that is not on the ICO's safe list?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Bev Buckley
