Hello All,
Quick query - do I have a legal right to know who has accessed my records, both demographic and sensitive? Do I have the legal right to have it confirmed someone hasn't accessed my records?
I know the SAR gives you the right to see the records themselves, I don't know what rights you would have over details that arose out of a) an internal investigation and b) an audit.
Many thanks.
Sarah
