I can quite easily see it happening in cases of requests for information about named convicted criminals, where the s29 first principle exemption still requires a Sch 2 and 3 condition to be met, and the 5th condition of the latter would be likely to apply. See for e.g. (from a very quick search) this request
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/trawling_as_a_method_of_investig
where eventually (scroll right down) the police disclosed some information relating to the arrest of someone subsequently convicted of an offence.
I'm sure there are better examples.
