I would be glad of some guidance on this as I feel I cannot see the wood for the trees !
We have had a SAR from a person whose property is the subject of a planning dispute. They live at the property though other properties (owned by the ds) on the site are at the centre of the dispute. My query is are the reports which only mention the property and not the ds name his personal data ? Additonally, if the subject of an email is the property and the ds name, but the content of the email contains no reference to the ds, is this his personal data ? The content is basically staff/police arranging a convenient time for them all to visit the property.
