If we are looking to prosecute someone for non-payment and we receive a subject access request, what's the best way to reply? We would have personal information we can disclose, but would not want to disclose any information which relates to the intended prosecution. I would always look to confirm in the response that all information has been provided or why information has been withheld, but I cannot say in this situation that info has been provided so how best would a response be phrased?
