If a ds makes a SAR can they then say, but I don't want copies of my letters, and if something is duplicated (ie a copy is kept in more than one depts files to show logic to the records), I want all the duplicates removed, just one kept and I want them put in an order different to how they appear in the department's file ? Are we bound to do this ?
When we provide data for a SAR it is normally presented in the order/grouped as it would be in that depts files/records.
If we are not bound to do this, which part of Act says we don't have to.
