It was sent at 10.37, the time you quote is when it hit the list server.
I note in passing that the list server thinks it's in a GMT+1 timezone

I can't see a malicious payload. Perhaps the moderators could email the
lady and see what's going on?

The list of names was in a "Comments:" header, which seems to be
constructed by this list's server from stripped-out additional "to:"
recipients.
While this is no doubt to avoid people receiving two copies of a reply
that's sent to both them and the list, while preserving the fact that it
was in fact sent to both, the leakage in an instance like this does seem
to be an undesirable side effect.
