Where a data subject has agreed (in fact suggested themselves) to view their files and mark those items that they wish to be photocopied, has anyone any guidelines or experiences of the time allowed for them to do this ? I am talking about a large number of files - at commencement, well in excess of 100 and all full. The photcopying of the items requested is not a problem, but the ds is only spending a couple of hours each week viewing. To date, the files have been available since the middle of September. Should we allow an indefinite time ?
