I too know very little about that legal area, but criminal negligence
does form a facet of one boundary.
The question however was more to do
with finding out what new understandings about the definitions on the
moral and ethical/legal/criminal boundaries were arising in the UK and
if they were becoming more refined, or changing, because of either the
increased attention or volume of white collar crime; Or is white collar
crime continuing to be suppressed whilst understandings are forming.
(Distinctly different approaches which have direct implications for any
common understandings formed.)
The DP framework directly intrudes into
this area because of the options available to implement it and the
crimes it creates in the different areas, which being legislatively
formulated, or arising from the legal sphere; on their own are less
reliably reflective of wider reality in the context of the finer facets
of social privacy.
