There is no requirement to do this under the Act (as far as I'm aware). As you say listing the items may just lead to some form of disclosure. And is such a list "held" or would you be creating new information? I know I'm stretching it a bit :-)

Is this in relation to FOIA or a subject access request?
Obviously in FOIA, there are the requirements that Phil has mentioned.
I'm not convinced there is an equivalent requirement when it comes to
subject access requests.
