Yes sorry obviously there's the PI test to address.
I agree with Lawrence but would add that disclosure would also depend on
the seniority of the officer of any organisation. There is ICO guidance
on this.

I agree that it is personal information, but it can still be disclosed
given that it relates to their professional role. Would they be
unjustifiably prejudiced by the disclosure? I could see an argument if
they were a fraud investigation officer, for example, but if they are
not in that type of role, then the prejudice would need to be
demonstrated before withholding. In that regard, I would follow the
arguments of schedule 2 condition 6.
