I'm not sure if its on youtube, but it should be. I think this is very well put together and its great to hear the students discussing their issues. I particularly liked the point that people assume if you get to Oxford that your dyslexia isn't that bad, and when you start your Ph'd you should already be an expert in your field, this is not only problematic for dyslexics but for many non-disable people.
I had an interesting discussion with a person with aspergers, he was an avid reader but noted that the academic books appeared to have been written by the academics to impress their peers rather than to teach the subject. Therefore he argued undergraduates are reading materials for the first time that appear to have been written to impress experts in their field, so how were people with difficulties supposed to follow them having not yet acquired a Ph'd.
If you haven't seen this its well worth the 15 mins.
