A 'leading' newspaper? Really? ;-)
Newspapers deliberately printing lies to create a story and sell papers? Colour me unsurprised. Anybody that doesn't take the vast majority of media sources with a sizeable pinch of salt is asking for trouble.
Does show up the main problem with the whole injunction arrangement though. Given the global nature of communication and the lengths people will go to in order to get what they see as a 'story' out into the public domain injunctions can only be highly local in terms of time and area of effect. Their power as a real gag, justified or not, appears to have gone.
